Thompson’s Station Trail Phase 1
Thompson’s Station was awarded a Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) Enhancement Grant for the construction of 2.8 miles of asphalt trail connecting Tollgate Village with the Thompson’s Station Park. This is the 1st phase of a multi-phase trail system that is planned throughout the Town.

Thompson’s Station Park
The Thompson’s Station Park is a 23-acre park site. This park consists of:
  • 2 pavilions
  • A playground
  • Open fields
  • Restroom facilities
  • Trail loop
Thompson’s Station Park is a regional facility that serves the Town’s residents in addition to other County residents. The Thompson’s Station Community Association is a partner with the Town on park improvements.

Graystone Quarry
Graystone Quarry is an event complex built on a 76-acre reclaimed rock quarry. It will house:
  • 2 large event buildings for weddings, concerts, corporate and social events
  • 2 large ponds with a waterfall
  • A world-class boutique amphitheater with an anticipated 5,000 seats
It is located off Lewisburg Pike near the 65 and 840 intersection on Graystone Quarry Lane.

Tollgate Village
Tollgate Village is a master planned mixed-use development that was approved by the Williamson County under an interlocal agreement. The master plan consists of a variety of residential and commercial uses.
  • The residential land uses includes a diversified mix of condominiums, townhomes and single family residences.
  • The commercial component includes approximately 193,000 square feet of commercial potential with outparcels which will wrap the front of the site and the existing, 3-story medical office building.
Tollgate is located off Columbia Pike, just north of State Route 840 with great opportunities for development and access to major thoroughfares and the interstate.

Many sections have final plats recorded and several housing units are constructed within Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 and 11 in addition to, the medical office building fronting Columbia Pike.

Fields at Canterbury
The Fields at Canterbury is a residential development located off Critz Lane that was approved as an Urban (U) development shortly after the Town established its own Planning Commission. The development originally proposed just over 1,100 residential units in a mix of single family and townhome residential units. Recently a portion of the property has been sold and a plan revision is anticipated.

Bridgemore Village
Bridgemore Village is a single family residential development located off Critz Lane. The development plan, as approved, included 490 units with a mix of lot sizes that provided for a range of residential dwellings. An earmark of the development is the main boulevard sided with larger homes on estate type lots.
