        Reconsideration of conditions of approval 10 & 11 made as part of the approval from June 6, 2022, BZA Meeting to permit a Special Exception to allow a Religious Institution use in a D1 zoning district for property located at 1732 Lewisburg Pike, Port Royal Church of Christ applicant per a proposed settlement agreement.
