1. How to Schedule Inspections

Please use the Online "Inspection Request Form" to request an inspection when the property is ready to be inspected. You may make a request at any time.  Inspections will be completed as soon as possible upon scheduling. Do not call the Codes Inspector to schedule your inspections.  The first inspection is free. Any re-inspections will cost $50.00 and must be paid before the re-inspection occurs.

2. What are the construction hours within the Town?

Construction hours are from 7 am to 6 pm Monday thru Saturday. No construction is allowed on Sunday's.
